With a Bachelor of Psychology and advanced certifications in ADHD and neuro-affirming practice, I specialise in youth mental health, neurodivergent support, and behaviour change. My career spans therapeutic roles, research, coaching, and digital content creation, with a strong track record of building meaningful client relationships, managing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering outcomes in both face-to-face and virtual settings. I bring a strengths-based, inclusive approach to all my work and was recently recognised with a 2025 Global Business Recognition Award for innovation and impact in the mental health space.
