I'm passionate about helping people heal their inner child and find peace in their lives. About me.. I am a cisgender, bisexual millennial woman, living in a bigger body, and has struggled engaging with the world with undiagnosed neurodivergency. I have lived with chronic illness including asthma, edema, PCOS and IIH, and I have experienced fertility issues. With a Master's Degree in Counselling and a background in mental health support, I've worked with a diverse group of individuals, including children within the school context, survivors of sexual and family violence, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and those dealing with various mental health challenges. I believe that our early experiences shape who we are today, and sometimes those old wounds need a bit of extra care. My goal is to provide a safe, empathetic, and supportive space where you can reconnect with your inner child, process those unresolved emotions, and start your journey towards healing. In our sessions, you'll find a warm and understanding environment where you can be yourself. Whether you're looking to explore your past, improve your relationships, or simply need someone to talk to, I'm here to help. Why the Spoony community matters to me

Growing up, I always felt a bit out of step with the world, but I never really knew why. Only recently have I started to realise that I might be neurodivergent — and suddenly, so much makes sense. I want to work with other neurodivergent people because I get it. I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood, and how powerful it is to finally be seen. It's really important to me to help create a space where people can just be themselves, no masking needed.
