Rachel Wilkinson
Lived experience with ADHD helps me to support you with strategies, ideas and dynamic ways to support anxiety, depression, overwhelm, sleep, burnout and managing change. I have a master of counselling, am interested in holistic ways to support neurodivergence with food, gentle exercise, safe connection, supportive relationships, learning boundaries and managing your mood and energy levels. As well as neurodivergence I have experience working with NDIS members to support day-to-day living and handling chronic pain. I work within the rainbow community, supporting LGBTQIA+ couples, individuals and families. I like yoga and the beach, I don't like camping or traffic, I have two teenagers and a hyperactive Cavoodle. Health Fun rebates: If you are a member of Emergency Services Health, Teachers Union, Teacher's Health, Phoenix Health, GMHBA, AIA, Westfund, Mildura Health or St Luke's Health you can now claim a rebate for counselling services.

Why the Spoony community matters to me
The Spoony community matters to me because I understand there are many variations beyond 'normal,' and we need to celebrate and support these differences. I also understand that variety is the spice of life, and no two people are the same. I offer an individual approach, tailoring support based around your goals and dreams for the future.
