Hi, I'm Pauline. I have lived experience with ADHD and ASD. If you need to pace, play music in the background, stim, or sit on the floor, while we talk that's fine. If you need me to body double so that you can focus on a piece of work or brainstorm different ideas with someone who loves to go down a rabbit hole or three, happy to do that as well. In my practice, You come first. Your goals. Your needs. As the parent of a transgender teenager and supporting them through their journey coming out to family and friends, I am passionate in helping other families to understand and accept their loved-ones coming out as queer or trans. Especially as this often overlaps with neurodivergency. By providing support through challenging times, offering strategies to overcome obstacles, and a safe space to navigate change, I am able to work with people to set goals focused on inclusivity, love and acceptance. With over a decade of training and coaching experience, and another decade in Human Resources related roles, I have seen and experienced many of the challenges faced by neurodivergent people in the workplace. My own flavour of ADHD allows me to bring empathy and compassion to the challenges we face in a world often designed around neurotypicals. At a personal level, I am mum of two amazing neuro-sparkly teenagers, and fur-mum to Ashoka, a Finish Lapphund, who likes to magically appear in the kitchen for treats when we're making tea and toast.
