I have 10 years professional experience and 30 years lived experience with mental health issues. I had a rough childhood, I have been homelessness and have overcome drug addiction. I walk the walk and talk the talk. I have spent the last 10 years becoming certified in Mental health, trauma recovery and childhood trauma, specialising in Men’s mental health.

I have a great passion for helping those in need, if I can help just one person that’s a great day. I want to help those to get through their difficulties and come out the side with happiness.

Qualifications

Diploma’s in Counselling, Community services, Mental health. I’m accredited with Australian Counselling Association, I have been accredited in trauma informed recovery and childhood trauma amongst other psychosocial training.
