The Spoony community matters to me because I have several years experience working in the disability sector and have an understanding of the challenges faced by people with a disability and mental health challenges. I have also supported people with ADHD and Autism and enjoy teaching emotional regulation strategies and techniques to reduce anxiety, create greater wellbeing and enhanced confidence in this community.
