Carla B.
I support individuals and couples through some of life’s most difficult emotional challenges. My work focuses on issues such as domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, relational conflict, and the lasting impact of childhood wounds. I support neurodivergent clients. I offer a grounded, compassionate space where healing and self-understanding can take root. Those I work with often describe me as warm, intuitive, and deeply present, someone who listens without judgment and helps bring clarity to complex emotional experiences. Whether you're working through personal struggles or relationship challenges, I’m here to help you move forward with insight and support. I offer 3 Medicare subsidised sessions for those that have a child under the age of 1, or if a person is trying to get pregnant. For other work, it will have to be privately billed. I also support NDIS participants who have a self managed account.

Why the Spoony community matters to me
The Spoony community matters to me because it offers a sense of belonging, validation, and mutual support in a world that often overlooks or misunderstands chronic illness and invisible struggles. It’s a space where people can show up as they are, without needing to explain or justify their pain. For me, it represents resilience, empathy, and the power of shared experience. Being part of this community reminds me that we are not alone in our challenges and that our stories and voices have meaning, even on the days when we feel like we’re just trying to get through.
