All we ask is that your session is conducted in a private space of your choosing, giving you freedom to connect when and where it suits you. We are committed to real outcomes and genuine improvements in your quality of life. We listen to your story and your needs, give respect to your individuality, and work with you to guide you toward a future that resonates with who you truly are. Our process is informed by the insights you share with us and integrated with evidence-based practice, collaborating to move you closer to a life that embraces your full potential.

Why the Spoony community matters to me
Spoony is doing what most systems fail to do—meeting people where they are, not where they’re expected to be. That matters to me because too many neurodivergent and disabled people are forced to navigate life feeling like the problem is them. My work exists to cut through that noise. I offer therapy that respects how a person is wired, without trying to rewire them. That’s why I’m here—and why this community aligns with what I stand for.
Qualifications
I possess a Graduate Diploma of Counselling from Torrens University, I honed my clinical skills and deepened my understanding of psychotherapy through practical applications and extensive supervision. My training emphasized evidence-based modalities such as: - Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT, ACT & DBT) - Humanistic Therapies (Client-Centered, Gestalt & Narrative Therapy) - Psychodynamic Therapy - Short Term Modalities (Motivational Interviewing & Solutions-Focused Therapy) I also hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Deakin University, where I developed a strong foundation in Cognitive Psychology, Psychopathology and Personality Theory, with a particular focus on Diagnostic Frameworks, Research Methodologies, and Psychological Assessment. My studies also included specialized electives in Neuroscience, Health Psychology, Forensic Psychology, World Religions, Counselling, and Philosophy, allowing me to explore the biological, social, and existential dimensions of human behavior. This interdisciplinary background informs my clinical work, enabling me to approach therapy with a nuanced understanding of cognition, emotional regulation, and the diverse factors that shape mental health. I began my formal education into the Psychological Sciences in 2018, which will culminate in a Master’s Degree of Counselling from Torrens University in July 2025.
