My therapy is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming and offer support for depression, anxiety, and related challenges. My services are tailored to meet each individual's unique needs, providing a personalised approach to therapy that promotes healing and growth. I work collaboratively with clients to create personalised treatment plans that foster healing and resilience. In addition to individual therapy, I work with family members who have a loved one with an addiction through the Family Empowerment Program (FEP), providing specialised support and guidance to help them navigate their unique challenges.
