Rebekah Kittl
Hi, I’m Rebekah (she/her), a holistic counsellor, late-identified neurodivergent woman, and fellow spoonie living with a chronic mobility disability. I support neurodivergent and disabled adults through gentle, trauma-aware counselling that honours your lived experience, identity, and nervous system. My practice is grounded in strengths-based coaching and ACT-informed approaches. I have deep belief that you are not broken, you are making sense of your experience as best you can.

Why the Spoony community matters to me
As someone who’s masked, burned out, and felt unseen in mainstream spaces, understand the power of finding people who get it. I’m here because we all deserve support that meets us where we are without needing to explain or justify our needs.
