I provide an affirming, welcoming and supporting space for women. I offer a trauma-informed and holistic integrative approach that draws on diverse schools of therapy and other wellness modalities. In my practice I am committed to embracing diversity and eliminating all forms of discrimination in the provision of counselling. I am inclusive of all women and support diverse bodies, sexualities, genders, disability, ethnicity, lifestyle choices and faith/spirituality.

Why the Spoony community matters to me
I am a late diagnosed ADHDer and mother to beautiful adult neurodivergent children. I listen to understand the world through the eyes of someone who may see it differently. Everyone's story and voice has value and requires a welcoming, supportive and non-judgemental place to be heard.
