Elsabé
I’m a Clinical Psychologist with experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating disability across the lifespan. I offer a compassionate, neuro-affirming approach grounded in evidence-based care, and I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and respected in their unique identities. My work is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person’s strengths and goals.

Why the Spoony community matters to me
Too often, people are forced to navigate systems that were never built with them in mind. I’ve witnessed the exhaustion that comes from having to explain or justify one’s needs, and I believe psychological support should never add to that burden. This community has taught me so much about resilience, creativity, and the richness of diverse ways of being. I’m committed to showing up with humility, curiosity, and respect—and to offering care that recognises people as the experts of their own experience.
