I’m a counsellor who’s passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and most importantly—real. Life’s stressful enough without pretending to be something we’re not, right? I’ve built my career on supporting people through the wild rollercoaster of life. Whether you're neurodivergent, chronically ill, or just trying to make it through Monday without a meltdown, I’ve got your back. I use a bunch of therapeutic approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT… it’s basically therapy bingo), tailoring everything to the person in front of me. I’ve worked with everyone from students stressed about school to adults facing life’s curveballs. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where people can be their true, messy selves. Because let’s face it, life is stressful enough without pretending we’ve got it all together. We’re all a little bit of a hot mess, and that’s okay. In short, I’m here to help people be their authentic selves (chaos and all) because that’s when the real healing and growth happens. If we’re going to get through this crazy thing called life, we might as well do it with some humour and a lot of authenticity. So, let’s get real and tackle it together.

Why the Spoony community matters to me
The Spoony community holds a special place in my heart because it provides an essential support network for those facing chronic illnesses and mental health challenges. As someone who has experienced the impacts of neurodivergence in my own life, including as a parent of a child with ADHD, I deeply understand how important it is to have a space where people truly get what you're going through. Spoony offers exactly that, a safe and welcoming environment where members can connect, share their experiences, and feel a sense of belonging and acceptance. This community is more than just a support system; it’s a place where individuals can share their stories, gain valuable insights, and access resources that can help them on their journey. What makes Spoony even more meaningful is its commitment to advocacy and raising awareness. By doing so, it helps break down stigma and foster greater understanding in society, something I believe is essential for building a more inclusive and compassionate world.
