Subsequently, producing evidence-based treatment care plan, comprehensive psychological reports, NDIS ‘Positive Behaviour Support’ treatment plan, GP progress letters, referrals to local health services and health care providers. Main evidence-based treatments, including Trauma-Informed Care, Post-traumatic growth approach, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), EMDR Therapy, Psychoeducation, Motivational interviewing skills, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Relaxation and Grounding techniques, Stress Management, Anger management, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focus Therapy (SFT). With this diverse range of interventions, I can address the specific needs and goals of each client and ensure best possible outcome. To achieve best therapeutic outcomes, my therapeutic approach is friendly, empathetic, and I promote a 'safe-space', and non-judgmental style of support. I help my clients to identify their strengths and develop essential coping skills and strategies towards their personalised goals, using a client-centred approach that empowers them to set their own objectives and capability, to increase resilience to life's challenges with confident and self-sufficient and promote independent and meaningful life.
