Stephanie
Hello, I’m Stephanie — an expressive arts therapist living between cultures, shaped by stories, movement, and the many forms creativity can take. In my practice, I explore how the arts — visual, movement, sound, photography, and more — can support emotional expression and well-being. You don’t need any experience in art to take part. We’re not here to make “good” art — we’re using creative mediums simply as ways to listen to ourselves and connect with what matters. I believe we all carry inner resources and wisdom — sometimes we just need a space to gently uncover them. I’m here not as a fixer, but as a fellow human, holding space for exploration, meaning-making, and growth. Together, we co-create a space that’s open, playful, and grounded — where words are welcome, but not required — and where your experiences, insights, and creative instincts lead the way.
